A Website Makes it Real!

Websites are the leading source of information. If you’re in a position where you’re looking for something and you can’t find the information, you keep looking until you find it.

Google is a super power because it’s everybody’s go to source. Personally when I’m looking for something I go to Google and then once I find it I want to know if it’s actually legit.

Do they have a website that’s updated and what are the reviews about peoples interactions with it. Use your website to built trust.

If you don’t have a site yet, get one because without it you are denying yourself interactions with people that are looking for you and your services.

You’re selling something even if you don’t have a store.

Case in point you may not have a actual product but you have a service or you have information that you want people to buy into you that’s why it’s important to have this information readily available.

Imagine having a business and people find your phone number in the Yellow Pages or wherever they find it and they keep calling you over and over again asking you the same questions that’s because you don’t have information available you’re lucky they’re calling I don’t have Yellow Pages in my house.

Websites are a great solution for most of my customers because it improves their productivity because they don’t have to waste time answering the same questions over and over again or if they start a conversation on the phone they can immediately migrate that customer to the website where they can get all the information that they’re looking for including frequently asked questions store hours and directions.

Don’t get me wrong word-of-mouth is a great thing but it’s 2020 when people use word-of-mouth they want to have a link that they can share of the other social media Facebook, Instagram screenshots they’re always talking via social media that’s the new word-of-mouth.

Especially during the pandemic business have been born and are surviving solely because of their website.

Your website is going to give you an opportunity to soar it’s going to give you an opportunity to display your operating principles; who you are and you get to pass that energy over the web.

This is your platform to shine. Best of all your website is your way to demonstrate your expertise your website is the place to showcase your portfolio your work experience and your qualifications. most of my customers know that they want to do business as soon as they finish looking through my website.

Your website should be goal oriented in some cases you may want to increase subscribers you may want people to shop or you may just wanna pass information along but it should be simple and you shouldn’t have your audience browsing aimlessly without some in goal.

Social media is not The same as having a website yes it’s very good to have a social media presence. Your website should be the hub for all your information especially if you’re trying to reach the local market. If you get stuck only in word-of-mouth again Weatherbee social media or in person you’re missing a larger market don’t miss it.
