Benefits of Going Virtual

Geographic restriction no longer limits attendees from being apart of your event. 

Flights, hotels, drive times were all factors into getting your attendees together. I’m a fan of in person events because it’s a different energy when your having sensory experiences. The adjustment to the new normal has given us opportunity to create those same sensory experiences at home.

Intimate connections are built between host and attendees because your interacting with your guest in the comfort of thier home. No lines and a closer view and home kits of materials are exceeding previous vip expectations.

New opportunities like the meta verse are becoming available along with auctions of NFT’s - don’t be intimidated. These are indicators that the creatives are about to become the new trailblazers by making more unique experiences. 

This past year we assisted a local school in facilitating a virtual drive in recital.

Students were in the main auditorium playing instruments, and dancing while guest were watching on a big screen in the parking lot, listening to thier car radios on an fm transmitter. Concessions, warm beverages, and Merchandise were also available. This was a unique experience that kept everyone engaged, and safe.
